Elyse is a civilian that joined the 2nd Massachusetts Militia Regiment with her father, Frank. She was one of the kids who went to the Sanctuary.
Story[]
Season 1[]
"Sanctuary (Part 1)"[]
During her time in the 2nd Mass, she wounded her arm and her father, Frank, took her to visit Anne Glass to treat it. Anne patched it up and told her to keep it clean, and as Frank was talking to Anne he says that he won't let them take Elyse away from him. Elyse went with Terry Clayton to go to a sanctuary, which her father was at first opposed to, but finally accepted it. Elyse escaped the sanctuary, as Hal and Mike found out that Clayton was going to hand in the kids in exchange for safety. After Mike sacrificed himself, she traveled on the road with the other kids, then hid in a house for the night to regain their energy. A few days after arriving back to the school, she had to leave again with Hal, Lourdes, Ben, Matt, Jimmy and Rick among others due to the Mech attack coming.
"Sanctuary (Part 2)"[]
Elyse is seen playing soccer on the 2nd Mass' team against the Sanctuary. She sits next to Tessa Greene during dinner, and witnesses Rick ask Ben how he eats "their" food. After Mike Thompson decides that they should flee as he finds out about the deal with the skitters, Elyse and the rest are woken and they flee the sanctuary, with Mike sacrificing himself to help them gain more ground to the school. Elyse and the rest in a house and sleep, however Terry Clayton discovers where they are hiding and calls them out, before Tom Mason arrives and tells the kids to come out of the house. Elyse is taken back to the sanctuary and are saved by Weaver and the 2nd Mass when they set a trap, as Ben informs them about Terry and the 7th Mass. Elyse along with the other kids thank Ben for saving them.
