Megan Philips was a girl that was harnessed when the 7th Mass was attacked. She fell behind when the 7th Mass ran away from the Skitters. She came back, and with the Skitters speaking through her, told the 7th mass all they wanted was the kids. This sprung the 7th Mass' idea to deliver children to them in exchange for being left alone. Megan took a child from the 2nd mass named Eli that Clayton gave to Skitters in exchange for safety. At first, Eli trusted her, but upon seeing her harness, tried to escape and was stunned by a Mech.(Sanctuary (Part 1))(Sanctuary (Part 2))

When Rick fled the base, he came across Megan, whose skin was turning into Skitter skin. He told her everything about the base under her promise that she'd bring him back to the Skitters when he did. However, once she got the information she wanted, she ignored his pleas and left without him.(Eight Hours)
