O'Brian was a fighter in the 2nd Mass.

O'Brian was one of the people who Tom selected to provide a security escort for the children of the 2nd Mass to make it to the 7th Mass base, he along with Fuller, Terry Clayton, Hal Mason, Mike and Jimmy Boland. The group arrived with no trouble, O'Brian and Fuller were going to be escorted back to the 2nd Mass base by Clayton but both men were killed by him, later after Pope escaped the 7th Mass, he came across O'Brian's and Fuller's bodies.(Sanctuary (Part 1)) (Sanctuary (part 2))
