Terry was a resident of Charleston and captive of the Espheni Ghetto before escaping.

"Evolve or Die"[]
When the Espheni started creating ghetto camps, Terry was brought to the camp by a Black Hornet, and may of set up a camp nearby before being taken, as he was a resident of Charleston. Terry, along with the other ghetto captives hid in the underground sewer, and escaped the ghetto when the laser fence was destroyed by Pope. He arrived at the shelter, that was set up by the Volm as requested by Tom. When Tom left, Hal needed supplies, and Tector gathered the former Charleston residents. Terry, mentioned to Hal that they can find water, at a nearby quarry outside the restricted boundary. His current fate is unknown.
